Breakfast

Egg sandwich – english muffin, egg, sharp cheddar cheese and ham

Lunch

Leftovers from the night before; chili. Anyone else find chili tastes even better the next day?

Snack

This was way better than I expected! I picked it up because it was on clearance and now I  wish I would have bought two or more packages. I was in a hurry, but next time I will add in fruit to add to the deliciousness.

I’m not really a baker, but my kids are always asking for baked goods in their lunches, like other moms make…and I’m not one to be outdone, so I tried out this recipe I found on Pinterest. Instead of vanilla paste I used vanilla extract and instead of buttermilk I used milk.

Hopefully they taste as fabulous as they smell!

Dinner

family favorite night- Spaghetti! Served along side garlic bread and broccoli

Still going strong on the #100aday water challenge. I’m in the bathroom all day long, but I can already feel a difference in how I’m feeling. Not as run down or lethargic, probably because the more water I drink, the lower my blood sugar goes.  Win. Win.

      Agreed- I love egg sandwiches, I used to have one every day and then when I was pregnant, I couldn’t stand the smell. Thankfully they are making a come back.

    Love that you’re doing a water challenge! I drink A TON of water all the time… Not sure why but I’m constantly thirsty – I actually think it’s a family thing because other ladies in my family are the same way – and I always have a glass or bottle of water nearby!
