What I Ate Wednesday Button

Let’s take a look at my first day on Weight Watchers. Let me just say this- eye.opening. Wow. No wonder I haven’t lost anything in so long. Tracking everything all day long really kept me focused.

{Breakfast}

Emma and I then went on a 2.5 mile walk. Today I’m thankful for public restrooms at Wal-greens.

{Lunch}

Two corn tortillas filled with a mixture of canned chicken and chipotle cheese. Pile o guac on the side.

{Dinner} – apparently we’re going with a corn tortilla theme today.

and finished off my day with an Outshine Coconut Waters popsicle.

Totals for my first day- 2points over, but that’s what my weekly and activity points are there for. If I would have gobbled food up all day long like I have been, I can only imagine what my total would have been. I’m calling today a success.
