What I Ate Wednesday

WIAW - New

{Breakfast} Dippy eggs, english muffin and cheese.


Mid morning, we went to the track. Warm up followed by 25 minutes of strength training and then a quick cool down walk.


Neiman’s salad bar for lunch today. The pasta salads are my favorite, but I made sure to load up on greens and vegetables to balance it all out.



My Mom is taking my two oldest to CA for the next two weeks, before they leave- girl’s pedicure day!


She really was excited to be there.




Ahhhh- I can’t even remember the last time I had a pedicure, but holy crap. I had to tip this poor lady 4 million dollars because I was disgusted at how bed they were.

My brother watched the boys and Emma while we were gone and I got a text: “Emma found the water.”


So she got to rock out in her cousin Jack’s jammies while her clothes dried.

Unpictured dinner because it was not that great, I was starving so ate it anyway and by the time I realized I hadn’t taken a picture, it was being carried away in the stack of plates by the waitress at the restaurant.
