Slow and steady wins the race right?
In all honesty, weight loss was not at the front of my mind last week, I was beyond nervous/anxious/excited about the 5K I was running on Saturday. Now that it’s over, I can’t freaking wait to do another one! I know that losing weight will ultimately help me go faster, not need to walk as much etc, so I am so beyond excited to keep on this weight loss journey!
My fridge is stocked with healthy foods, my meals are planned and I’m ready to rock this week!
