Weekly Weigh In

Took long enough, but I have finally hit my first goal: losing 10lbs!


My plan for this week is to get back to exercising. It’s been a long time and every day I say I will and next thing I know, I’m in bed and I never exercised. Today, I made it happen. No more excuses.
