Weekly Weigh In

WeighIn Quite honestly, if I make it to January without gaining weight, I’ll be thrilled and accomplished. I’ve always been the person who gains about 10 pounds in the month of December, but I’m sticking to my workouts and still enjoying food indulgences, so we’ll see what happens. #noregrets.
