Sunday Dinners

After getting about 6ish hours of sleep the previous night, I knew that I couldn’t let New Year’s Day pass without getting in a workout, but I also knew that if it didn’t happen before Church, it wasn’t going to happen at all.

This one is called Barbell Upper Body and it’s killer! I don’t have a barbell, so I just used hand weights, worked just fine!

Since Spencer and I married (in 2001), Sunday dinners have been a thing and dare I say, mandatory in our family.

We all drive each other crazy, but I’m so happy that our kids are growing up with their cousins as their best friends. Last night when Jack walked into the house, Emma yelled “YAY, jack jack is home!” And then ran to give him a hug. #heartmelt . I don’t want to get all mushy, but our family has had our fair share of loss and grieving and we pulled together and continue to do that. We do still fight like we’re 12 though too. Pretty sure someone yells “Moooommmmm” at least once each Sunday.

I LOVE your Sunday dinner tradition. I’d love to start something like that one day with some of our family. Maybe once the other siblings have some kiddos 😉 I LOLd at the Michael Scott meme too- The Office can be applied to any situation.
