I read an email this morning from Sweat Pink and was so excited to read about this upcoming campaign.

“We are surrounded by messages of intimidation and exclusiveness in the world of fitness,” says Founder and CEO of Skirt Sports, Nicole DeBoom. “My goal with #REALwomenmove is to stop the madness and show women that being fit is something we can all do, regardless of our size, shape or activity level.”

This will be taking place on Instagram, so make sure if you participate that you tag the above sponsors. This starts on May 11th.

After 4 kids and 4 csections, I am not at the top of my fitness game anymore, nor am I the picture of health and fitness…but that’s the whole point. Being fit is something I can still do, I am doing even though I have some body changes that I am making to be the best version of my self.

Because at the end of the day, I don’t have a goal weight. My goal is to be the healthiest, happiest version of myself FOR myself and my family. They are my reasons why I work so hard every day. #REALwomenmove

I want to show by example that exercise is fun, not something we do because we hate our bodies, but because we love our bodies. Same with eating healthy foods. It’s not a punishment, it’s something we do because we want our bodies to run as efficiently as possible.
