May Goals

First, thank you so much on your comments and motivation on my last couple of posts. It really means a lot to me and it helps knowing I’m not alone.

I have a feeling my plans are going to keep changing, but my ultimate goal is to be the healthiest mom I can be.

My goals this month are to really focus on fitness.

1. I’m doing the Ultimate Plank Challenge that Jen from Peanut Butter Runner is hosting this month.

2. Exercise Minutes: My goal for this month is to hit 700 minutes.

3. Calories Burned: My goal for this month is to burn 7000 calories.

I also took measurements on the 1st and my goal for this month is to have those numbers go down.  I’m well on my way to reaching my goals for this month and I’m ready to crush all three of them!
