March Goals

Aside from Fall- Spring is the 2nd best time of year. New flowers, fresh green grass, blue skies, sun, fresh air. It’s fabulous.

It’s time to break down my March goals.

MarchGoals

1. Exercise 5-6 days per week: In January and February, I averaged 3 days a week, it’s time to kick it up a notch.

2.  Hit daily water goal (100 ounces is the # my Dr. has me aiming towards)

3.  Start 5K Training. I’m running the Insane Inflatable 5K in August and I want to do it under 45 minutes.
