For the month of May, I weighed in on day 1 and took measurements and pictures. I tried to stay off the scale completely, but eventually went to once a week. While I wish I could be the person who doesn’t need a scale as a tool in my arsenal, turns out, I do for now. I honestly wasn’t expecting much in terms of results, but I was pleasantly surprised today with my results from the last month.
4lbs gone and 7 inches! 5” from my chest alone. Whoa. I’m excited to see what happens in June!
