Longhorn Steakhouse

Sometimes it’s insane living with so much family around. We live 15-20 minutes from my Mom and brothers and we usually spend one night of the weekend with them. It’s fun getting the cousins together and they really are the best of friends. Last night we all went to a local restaurant and it was fantastic.

P.S. This post is not sponsored in any way, it was just a great night out.

Easiest way to keep Emma occupied- lots and lots of selfies. She cracks up when she sees herself on the screen.

My meal started off with their house salad

and then I had the raspberry seared balsamic chicken

From the menu:

Fresh chicken breast topped with a white wine butter, balsamic-raspberry drizzle and goat cheese crumbles. Served with your choice of fresh green beans or broccoli.

I’ve never had goat cheese before- that will change because OMG, it was delicious! Added such a creamy texture and had a little bit of tang to it. So good. I didn’t want to stop eating this meal.

What’s the best part about getting orange slices with your meal? Orange smiles!

My only regret? No leftovers.

Question of the day: Have you ever been to Longhorn? Favorite meal if you have.
