If you tell me I can’t do something, chances are I’m going to do it anyway. Tell me I can’t have a certain type of food, I’m going to eat that food. For that reason, I still have it in my head, that if I work out hard enough, I can continue eating however I want and whatever I want.
Which, I guess, would be ok, if I wanted to maintain where I’m at now. But, I don’t. So, I have to make some changes. Here’s the problem, I need a plan. I need a “here’s what you’re going to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and some snacks” plan. When I had that, I had structure, I had a routine and I wasn’t standing in front of the fridge or pantry thinking hmmm- what do I want? Ehhhh…never mind, I’ll just go drive thru somewhere.
So during naptime I did a little Pinteresting and came up with a bunch of meal plans. Less than 5 minutes of searching and I now have no more excuses.
Exactly what I needed! Because honestly, what’s the point in getting my butt handed to me on a platter with a killer 60 minute workout and then going to Taco Bell? Like, I said. I have been pretty stubborn and then there’s the moment where you’re face timing someone and yikes. You realize that being stubborn about meals is only hurting yourself.
