Monday: 20 Minute Turbo Jam (23 minutes, 212 calories)
Tuesday: Turbo Fire: Core 20 (24 minutes, 132 calories)
Wednesday: After dinner family walk (no idea on time or calories)
Total Minutes: 76
Total Calories: 566
My goal for this next week is to double both of those!
