Definitely one of my better weeks! I’m making great progress towards my May goals and I am really sore today- not like hurt sore, but I have worked my muscles hard sore. It’s such a good feeling.
I want to preface by saying this; I am not a Beachbody Coach. I was a few years ago, but never again. I have no interest in becoming a coach, and if Chalene Johnson sells her workout DVD’s somewhere other than Beachbody, please let me know. Because while I love her programs and want ALLLL of them, I don’t want Beachbody to have another dime of my money.
Ok, moving on.
Friday: Turbo Fire: Core 20. 24 minutes and 139 calories
Saturday: Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick and Jam. 53 minutes and 544 calories
I legit looked like a drowned rat after that workout. Sweat everywhere.
Tuesday: Turbo Fire: Fire 55EZ 38 minutes and 429 calories
Wednesday: Turbo Jam: Fat Blaster 33 minutes and 324 calories
Thursday: Turbo Fire: Sculpt 30. 30 minutes and 191 calories
Total Minutes: 178
Total Calorie Burn: 1,627

Nice workouts this week, girlie!! 🙂 I have never tried the Beachboy workouts but I’ve heard good things about the Advocare at-home workout DVDs if you were looking for other really good home workout videos!

Great week Jen! I’ve seen Beachbody ads on TV but have never tried any of the workouts and have no idea how the company is structured. I think ignorance may be bliss on that front.
Like I said, love the workouts…but the whole coaching thing. Yeah, not for me.
