Finally. Finally feeling more and more like my old self. Workouts are fun again, walking is something I look forward to every day. I am pushing myself harder and harder and although I have no idea if I’ve lost any weight, I FEEL a million times better. I’m feeling muscles I didn’t even know I had. It’s awesome.

Friday: 2 Miles (37 Minutes)

Saturday: 2.18 miles (39 minutes)

Monday: 1.38 miles (25 minutes)

Tuesday: 1.26 miles (23 minutes)

Wednesday: Turbo Jam (20 Minute Jam) 21 minutes

Thursday: Turbo Jam (Turbo Sculpt) 39 minutes & 3 miles (54 minutes)
