A few years ago I bought this little guy and it sat in my desk drawer through my pregnancy, the first year of Emma’s life and brought it back to life a few days ago.
It’s little, doesn’t track as much as the other Fitbits do, but it gets the job done.
I’m a sloth.
Fact: When Emma naps, she naps in my lap or on my chest. I thought about crib training her for naps, but seriously, I know how fast this time goes by and she’s my last, so for the 1 hour in the morning and the 2-3 hours in the afternoon. I take that as my time to sit and do nothing. Unless the older kids need something, but we typically all have quiet time in the afternoon anyway (reading, screen time, play doh, etc.), so it all works out. But holy crap, I’m a sloth. I have been doing so much better with eating, but since school got out- exercise has totally taken a back seat. I really suck at working out. Really suck.
Breakfast: Egg sandwich, sliced kiwi
Lunch: Hugh Jass Salad – lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cheese, croutons. Mmmm, croutons.
Dinner: Baked potato bar. Mine was topped with chili, cheese and sour cream.
