I am not a Beachbody Coach or affiliated with the company in any way, I just really love this service they provide.
Ever since my now 7 year old was born, I have been a huge fan of at home workouts. Now that I have 4 kids at home, I love them even more. The downside is that buying entire programs can be a bit pricey (most run between $60-$100) which means there are a LOT of programs I don’t own, but would love to try. Enter Beachbody on Demand. I don’t know if ALL of their programs are offered, but there are so many listed and more to come, it will keep me busy for awhile.
I thought it would be fun to do these and record my progress through pictures and measurements. First up, my soul mate workout, Turbo Jam.
I’m using my weigh in from Monday as my starting weight: 187.8

Thighs: 21”
Calves: 14.5”
Still going strong with the Holiday Sweat Challenge
Today’s topic:
For a large majority of Americans (and especially Canadians) this is the time of year that we take our workouts indoors. Bundle up and take your workout outside! Go for a run, try snoga (yoga in the snow), rent a fat tire bike. Put on some gloves and head to the nearest park for lunges, pull ups, push ups, and box jumps. Be sure to dress appropriately and always be safe (watch for ice!)
There is nothing like going for a walk right after a snowstorm. The fresh powder, clean air, the quiet of everything…it’s exhilarating.
