Baked Spaghetti

I need ruffle bottom jeans. Cutest thing ever. I’m going to be so sad when these get too small on her.

My day started off nuts like every other morning with 4 kids. After I got the older 3 off to school and Emma in her highchair, I made this egg sandwich for myself. It should also be noted that I had another one for lunch.

{Snack}- Other snacks that went unpictured (pickles, cheddar cheese, sliced cucumbers).

And then the highlight of the day:

{Dinner} Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti. I believe in everything in moderation. Sometimes you need a meal that is ooey, gooey and cheesy. This is it.

Cook your spaghetti as normal, while that’s cooking bring your sauce {this is the BEST sauce of all time, by the way}

and a small container of cream cheese to a simmer and cook while your noodles are cooking.

Drain noodles and then combine with your sauce, top with cheese and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

You won’t be disappointed. This makes a lot. Which makes me happy, I’ll be having the leftovers for lunch today and probably tomorrow as well.

…and I’m off. Have a great day!
