I am a stay at home Mom to 4; ages range from 12 to less than 1 year. I have struggled with weight for most of my adult life and after my 3rd child was born, I took control. In about a year I went from a size XL to a M and from sedentary to always looking for action. I lost all of the weight at home and then decided to join a gym to switch things up. Since then I have gone back to strictly at home workouts, it’s too hard to get to a gym with 4 kids.
This blog is about my own journey to get back to my happy weight and size as well as motivating other moms and women that a healthy lifestyle CAN be accomplished!!
