3 Miles

This morning started off again with another 5am workout. This time I did Turbo Sculpt. Approximately 3 million and 2 variations of squats and lunges with some arms, back and chest thrown in. You use light weights, crap ton of reps.


I really didn’t want to do this workout- I am a cardio queen through and through, but I needed the squats and lunges, so I did it all.

After nap and some housework, we headed to the mall for a walk…and that’s when the magic happened.

3 Miles! It wasn’t pretty, I wanted to quit, but I just kept putting one foot in front of the other and kept on walking.



All of my meals were the same as they have been all week- and since it’s bedtime and homework time for the older kids, I will end this on a high note. Have a fantastic rest of the night.

    Emma is such a cutie! Each time you hit those personal records, be it distance or speed or even how you feel after a distance/speed that used to be hard, it’s SO rewarding 🙂 Congrats!
