2015 Kick Off Workout

This morning started off with a treat; a trip to Dunkin Donuts for the kids and since donuts make my pancreas nearly explode, I went with the turkey sausage flatbread and then had some blackberries on the side.

After breakfast and some cleaning up around the house, I did this work out that I created awhile ago. It was done and over with in about 25 minutes, but I’m not kidding, my legs were shaking by the end of the 3rd round. You’re welcome.

2015KickOff

I love this combo for drinking water, apple cider vinegar has some amazing benefits; including lowering your blood sugar, so I try and drink this combo at least 3 times per day.

Is anyone else confused on what day it is this week? Having the husband and kids home has me believing that every day is Saturday or Sunday. We are headed out tonight to celebrate my oldest daughter’s birthday; she will be 10 on Sunday. Insane.

    I literally have no idea what day it is anymore. Last week totally threw me off course! I went from working Tuesday and Wednesday to not Thursday and then working again Friday. Not to mention my typical workout schedule is all off. I can’t tell what day it is anymore lol
