I have always been on break while my period is here, I try and watch what I eat, but exercise? Nope. I just hate that week in general, everything is gross and adding sweat to the mix, no thanks. But then I had a realization.
If I take off 1 week every month, that’s 12 weeks a year, so 3 months out of the year, I’m not doing anything. So now matter how crappy, crampy, disgusting, etc I feel, it’s time to suck it up and keep moving. Who knows, maybe it will make me feel better and a little more human.
