100 a Day

I seriously have been slacking on my water intake lately. Lack of sleep led me to caffeine and no water. In an effort to rehydrate myself, I’m doing a #100aday challenge. Drink 100 oz of water for the next 30 days.

This water bottle holds 50 oz, and an entire ice cube tray of ice = perfect temperature of water.

    I’m the same way with water…I’ve really been slacking lately and need to work on that. If I can find my water bottle (haha THAT is how bad I am at drinking water) I’ll do this challenge for sure! Otherwise I have to buy a new one and hop to it asap!
